If he manages to confirm that he is only using the dealer method and they are simply clueless lol then I will keep the pressure on them and Audi UK to sort my booking out.
I'm in Huddersfield, funnily enough my dealer (Hudds Audi) are Sytner as well! They are saying it can't be done! I have nothing against them, they have been extremely helpful with me, but if "computer is saying no" to them their hands are tied really, They encouraged me to ring Audi UK and pursue further.
