235/35/19 tyres ok for temp fit to allroad

hi my 245/40/19 wheels need to go for a refurb but i need my car so i have found a set of audi 19" wheels with 235/35/19 tyres will they be ok for short time ie: no more than a week found a lovely set for £250 with good tyres mint cond which i will be selling again once mine done

As long as they are the same centre bore and the et is good they should be fine.

if they are that mint though I’d question why they’re for sale for £250. Seems very cheap.
