yes, have looked but no 45 Comps in stock.Have you tried looking on the Audi website for stock cars? There's lots of A3s there, I've secured an incoming S3 with an acceptable spec. Sat at Emden, waiting for a ship.

I was checking daily on auto trader and that's where I found my one posted by the dealer.yes, have looked but no 45 Comps in stock.
I've only had mine 2 weeks so not 100% sure how the power is working. I think its mostly EV at low speeds then the engine seems to cut in and then at some point it just goes crazy and you have the both together. That's crazy pricing. My S3 is coming in at about that price before the deposit contribution. Obviously CO2 rating will be a lot higher if its a company car. Is that about 145ps from the 1.4 and about 100ps assistance from the electric motor when required?
i checked today and this was not on the UK Audi website. The car also has to be white due to work requirements. I did find a few white TFSI e40 S-lines but my problem is the lease has gone up since Sept 21. My lease company have said that they and Audi will honour the original price. I got a quote today for the TFSI e 40 S-line and its roughly gone up by £100 and that's not a competition model with all the extras, that's a stand s-line with no extras.

Oh no I meant the s3 pcp calculator doesn’t show me a price with any options so I can’t get an accurate figure? Guess that’s just for examples and I need the dealer to give an exact pcp figure with all the options I want. I just see the higher gfv as worse because even if I’ve paid the same amount each month with my bank pcp vs the Audi pcp, I then have to pay even more to buy the car than if I were to go with my bank.Messy? From a finance point of view, it might look like you are trying to get 2 big loans at once, which can be difficult to secure, but it will save you money.
How much is your Audi going to be worth at the end of your PCP? It won't be worth less with the bank loan, that lower GFV means you'll have paid more of the car off and will have more equity in it. With a £22.5k Audi GFV, the likelihood is that it'll retail used for £29-30k and you'll get at least £25k through the likes of Motorway.co.uk.
PCP convenience and easy trade ins come at a price. Audi's GFV is higher because Audi have more confidence than the bank that the car will be worth in excess of the GFV at the end of the term, and a higher GFV softens the impact of the higher APR%.
I'll take finance and pay off within 14 days to snag the £3k deposit contribution.
You will get little to no recognition for your optioned equipment in a GFV calculation. You should get some limited recognition for it if you sell to a performance car specialist in the future - big impact options like better wheels should definitely fetch more.
I ordered A3 tfsi e 40 S Line through a lease company in Aug 22, and received my vehicle exactly 3 months later......Ah ****. Not very promising then. Hope you get something soon
Oh right. 3 months would be amazing. From reading other people's posts though it seems like you might've gotten lucky with that.I ordered A3 tfsi e 40 S Line through a lease company in Aug 22, and received my vehicle exactly 3 months later.....
It's luck of the draw really. Some people are getting theirs very quickly but others aren't.Oh right. 3 months would be amazing. From reading other people's posts though it seems like you might've gotten lucky with that.
Are you after an S3? If you want one without a wait, you can check the Audi.co.uk website for "stick" cars (which are usually built and waiting at Emden for a ship crossing). There are 3 S3 Sportback available as stock right now - A vorsprung at Wakefield and 2 normal ones with a few options in Belfast.I put in a request for a quote and a test drive at a smaller dealer about 100 miles away and they immediately responded with an offer at 5% off MSRP. The dealer did not have an S3 demo vehicle, but they had an A3 35 TFSI that they let me take for a spin. I was initially skeptical, but even that basic trim of the car is pretty amazing! It was hard for me to believe the car was FWD only, as that became evident only under hard acceleration. Highly impressed and seriously considering an order for the sportier trim.
The dealer told me a 6 month wait is now standard for A3 orders. This time can fluctuate wildly, however, as evident from most posts on this thread. He gave me an example of a car ordered in December 2021 with no build date yet, while another A3 was ordered in late January 2023 and is now expected to be produced in April 2023 with delivery in May.
When asked about the upcoming facelift, the dealer opined that it's still some time away. He expects a lot more pre-FL vehicles to be produced this year and maybe even into the next.
He also said that once a factory accepts the order for a PFL car, there is no way for Audi to produce a FL car automatically. Once the order is accepted, it is entered into their system and production will not stop before all orders are processed.
What colour have you gone for ?Hi everyone, new here. So ordered my S3 Saloon Vorsprung back in May 2022. Got the ‘Our work here is done’ email at the end of last month. Spoke to the sales person at the dealership and he said that it should be here any day now, just waiting for it to dock in the UK before he can allocate reg etc. I wanted something different so went with Audi Exclusive Paint option (which at the the time had just become available again). I’m not sure if this delayed the order but I was originally told delivery would be end of Nov 22. And then every so often would get updates saying it’s been delayed. So far it’s been 10/11 months. I’m hoping it should be ready to collect in the next few weeks.
It’s called Berry Pearl. Not going to be everyone’s cup of tea and to be honest I’ve never seen the colour in person, just off swatches which is a bit of a gamble. So hopefully it looks good. Wanted something that’s not seen often. What colour have you gone for ?
You will defiantly stand out from the crowd that's for sure . It looks similar to Lamborghini's viola bast from the picturesIt’s called Berry Pearl. It’s funny you say that. My first choice was actually Merlin Purple and second choice was Reed Green Metallic or Racing Green Pearl. Although I still managed to pick something completely random.Very bold. If I were going for the exclusives colours, I'd go for some kind of viper/mantis green, or perhaps something darker purple. However, I'm far too tight to pay £2600 on paint!
Thanks for the heads-up. I'm based in continental Europe, so will not be able to take advantage of those options. Besides, I really want to spec a saloon myself. Looking fantastic! The S3 is such a great canvass for bright colors. I really hope to see more people bite the bullet and get something interesting, like yellow, green or bright blue. Personally looking at Turbo Blue, still not decided yet. It’s called Berry Pearl. The Audi Germany website allows you to search for "in stock" cars too, I presume its the same for most other continental markets and their respective Audi websites - might be worth checking out. Thanks for the heads-up. Do you know how long the car was at stage 38, sat at Emden, waiting to get on a ship? I'm waiting for mine to get on a ship.Tommorow im finally picking up the car. Ordered around November 2021 so its safe to say that I have been waiting for quite some time.
The car has actually been at my dealer for the past 4 weeks but I had to wait 3 weeks for the winter tires to finally arrive as well. I double checked with my dealer and everything that I ordered it with was fitted. I was afraid that the Matrix headlights wouldn't be there as they were removed from the configurator for quite some time but they are actually on as well. All black A3 35 tfsi S-tronic
Well I had a confirmed build week of 6. The car arrived in Sweden sometime week 9. That's all I know so about 3 weeks from build week until it was in Sweden.Do you know how long the car was at stage 38, sat at Emden, waiting to get on a ship? I'm waiting for mine to get on a ship.
My car's been sat in Emden for at least 3 weeks. As it was an "in stock" (built) car, I don't know what the build week was. Hopefully the shipping is imminent.Well I had a confirmed build week of 6. I had a phone call on Friday that mines at Emden, I was told it used to be 7-10 days but now it’s taking 3 weeks.Do you know how long the car was at stage 38, sat at Emden, waiting to get on a ship? I'm waiting for mine to get on a ship.
MALACCA HIGHWAY is heading to Immingham from Emden hopefully mines onboard.Destination port will depend where in the UK the dealership of delivery is.
Anything up to around Norwich will be Sheerness. Above that to Northallerton will be Grimsby, and anything further North will be Tyne.
I can see the Tyne ships coming in from the end of my street, as I live above the Tyne estuary.
Hopefully mine too. My dealership is Audi Grimsby, and due to the proximity to Immingham (Grimsby) port, they reckon that cars generally arrive at the dealership in a few days after landing at the port.MALACCA HIGHWAY is heading to Immingham from Emden hopefully mines onboard.
When i was waiting for my S3 Vorsprung, spoke to the dealer on 14th Feb and he said it was at Emden awaiting shipping.
Got a call on 23rd Feb to say it was at Grimsby.
Collected on 9th March due to work, could have picked it up the week before, but had waited over a year so another week wouldn't matter
Yeah, I'm bad, did say i would put some pics on here once i had cleaned it.
There's a Daytona Grey "Vorsprung" S3 Sportback in stock at Wakefield Audi, pricey at £49050, but it's been on the Audi website as available for at least 3 weeks - might be worth asking for a Cheeky £2k off plus the £3k deposit contribution?Enquired today about ordering a S3 hatch comfort and sound with; 19” alloys, led interior park, driver assistance pack, matrix headlights, wireless charging, was told August delivery, which is far too long for me to wait, so I declined
Did your car make it, or too early to tell? Tried my salesman on Friday night, but still said stage 38. He did say with it being month end, status updates could be delayed and he'd have a better idea tomorrow (Monday 4th) about when the car should be arriving.MALACCA HIGHWAY is heading to Immingham from Emden hopefully mines onboard.
Spoke to the dealer on Friday and it’s definitely going to Grimsby, all he said was it’s the other side of the North Sea.Did your car make it, or too early to tell?
