s3 8l fix inside door handle

The door handle from inside after the door is close the handle remains sticking up a bit and looks silly. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Good morning some pics would be useful to see in detail sounds like an issue I had worn return spring in handle mechanism. I suggest removing the door card checking the return spring and also the Bowden cable

It's what I said above check Bowden cable firstly but return spring is probably gone needs replacing have to remove door card then remove handle section and replace spring.
