audi s3 remap concerns!

I got a beautiful saloon, 300bhp 2016 model. I was going to remap stage 1 very soon, if i remap the engine stage 1 - do I need to remap the gearbox too for a smoother ride?

I dont see revo doing a DSG remap for my model, so not sure if i should get my stage 1 from them now

I recently flashed my 310hp S3's engine with a c.350hp map, but not its 7-speed S-Tronic / DSG gearbox.

I'm sure it would be even better to map the 'box as well, but it's just fine at the moment for how I use it. (Similar with my 8P S3).

I had the engine and 7 speed DSG gearbox remapped at the same time. The DSG remap was a revelation, well worth the money.

Im going to do a remap myself with Revo for Stage1 ECU and TCU, TCU is not required but is recommended so that both talk in the same language for the extra power provided from the ECU. TCU will be available as I have a 2015 S3 Saloon.
