Hey all. Looking for some sort of advice hopefully.
Done an engine swap on my A4 2.5tdi sline, but the engine I’ve had put in is a pre-facelift. Was told at first wouldn’t be an issue at all so finally finished it up today but the car isn’t starting. Turning over but nothing. Tried easy start, plugged it in and the only fault code it’s coming up with is control module for injection pump.
The engine when I got it was a bare engine so swapped everything over. The only thing I can think of is have I left the fuel pump off too long and would it have some how messed the coding up?
