I know this is an old thread, but did you put these on to replace the original oem 2 piece floating discs?

Yes these were used with the OEM front '2-piece floating-caliper' and rear fixed-caliper' replacing OEM single-piece discs and pads like so:

Stopper beastiesSQ5 MTEC Fronts SQ5 MTEC Rears

And I'm still mega happy with the arrangement

Note that ALL four 8R OEM brake discs are 1-piece and not 'floating.'

For reference see: https://audi.7zap.com/en/rdw/audi+q5+sportback/aq5/2016-751/6/615-615055/

Thanks for the reply. My oem discs are 2 piece floating, but I can't see a reason why these will not work as the dimensions are the same?
Looks like I have exactly the same calipers. Mine is a 2017 8R. Someone with an A8 (same brakes) has told me it is a straight swap.

Ours is a March 2016 build, not sure it helps

For sure here's a good place to start and will provide A8 data also: https://audi.7zap.com/en/rdw/
