Bluetooth for 57 plate a3 s line

Hi all.
Can anyone advise a solution please to change my headunit or add bluetooth to my car? Picked it up yesterday and need to resolve this on the car and would ideally like DAB so a head unit change to include Bluetooth seems the obvious choice. Any help appreciated

I've installed several units for clients, dab is hit & miss, internet radio is probably better.
