Advice please on emissions fix checker and whether this car has a DPF

Hi, I have been looking at a nice low mileage manual 2009 A4 Avant with the 120hp 2.0Tdi engine.
I have the vin number but when I have entered it into an Audi Emissions fix checker it says ""this vin is not part of the Audi settlement".

Does this mean that the car has :-
A. not had the fix or
B. has had the fix or
C. was never affected

In addition it is listed as a Euro4 engine. Does part of the vin number indicate whether it has a DPF fitted.

As far as I am aware, all Audi diesels from 2004 ish onwards had dpfs fitted.

I have a 2008 reg b8 120hp cagc engined avant. It has a dpf and had the emission fix.

I just wish that I could determine, using the vin, whether the car has had the fix applied.

The site that I used provided the response that I quoted and it is not at all clear what it means.
