'08 1.9 TDI rough idle when warm

Hi! I'm a new member with a recently purchased 2008 A3 convertible 1.9 TDI (the dreaded BLS). Its done 155k and is about 1k overdue a service.

The problem it has is a slightly lumpy idle once warm, idles smoothly until coolant temp is approx 60 Celsius. I've got everything on order for a big service, all filters, fluids, cambelt etc. Is it possible a service will resolve this issue? VCDS doesn't show any major issues:

So, I've pretty much resolved my own issue. Took a look at the torsion value and found the below:

Idle is much improved, I'd say the problem's fixed!
