Having trouble with my steering squealing, ive changed the belt 3 times, the pump twice, brand new pulley & now the steering rack has been swapped and its still squealing the pump now sounds horrendous & im running out of ideas. I also have AC Delete so running a gates belt that fits nicely not too tight. Any ideas?

Have you changed the alternator clutch pulley? https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...h-pulley-for-1-9-2-0-tdi-models-6-groove.html I've just changed this part myself as my belt was squealing whenever I turned at idle or moving slowly and this seems to have sorted my problem completely. This or the belt tensioner is normally a fix.
