new A3 order time

I just placed a factory order for the new a3 last weekend, nothing mental spec wise just python yellow, S line, comfort & sound pack, diamond cut alloys. Was quoted a 12 month wait which has put a bit of a dampener on it haha I’m generally a bit impatient when it comes to stuff like this, but not as if I’m the only person this is affecting. Anyone recently received their order sooner than expected or should I expect it to be delayed even further?
