If Audi use the same fitment as Renault, the strips have keyholes. You'd need to slide it towards the front of the vehicle and it should then lift off.

I've had my door cards off and never noticed any screws mate. Most trim is stuck on saves on weight, I would call dealer ask for a price for trim and fixing kit then you'd know. Or just ask the body shop

It's stuck on. There's little pegs that go through the door skin for alignment purposes when refitting.
