The armrest rattling consist of two cases
1) Armrest itself - silent sound
2) Base mechanism (my case) - loud chattering
After disassemble rear climate trim (very easy - pulling backward and lilbit up to deattach upper clips first

In first look the mechanism pressed into metal base firmly, however if you try to shake it - you can see that there is some movements - fractions of microns. Visually its almost not moving but sounds and feels like a gap.

Inserting slot screwdrv. i found that gap presists on the left side. If your car under warranty - you have to replace mechanism with metal base.
I dont wanna wait replacement part and as temporarily solution - i hit piece of hard plastic in the blind hole on the side, and cut off surplus.
