Digits service question

Hi all,

I have been trying to access my digital service record but I cannot get access for some reason I have paid Erwin but can not see it and also my Audi it does now show, does any one have any ideas ? Thank you

Contact Audi Customer Services here or try a local Audi dealer, either should be able to assist you. MyAudi site isn't the best and works fine one day but not the next, as long as you have a dealer registered in MyAudi you should be able to see the digital service history...when it's working correctly. I've just checked mine and it's working fine and I'm able to see my Digital Service Schedule.

As long as the car has been assigned to the myaudi key holder...

I have been in touch with my local Audi and they have assigned me to the vehicle but it still does not give me the option to view it, I have also tried Erwin flat rate for 1hour and still no joy
