Q7 Q7 4M Rear Seat Belt Warning

Tried researching this topic but seems to be little to no information available.
Trying to enable family (rear seat) seat belt warning on MY20 Q7. Below is a screenshot from Q7 4M with this warning shown in VC.

Anyone with Q7 4M who could report if there's anything under module 17 (instrument cluster/dashboard) that needs selecting? I would appreciate it any info

Check airbag controller as that's what usually controls this.

Thanks. Used my modest ODBeleven dongle and went through airbag module (adaptation, long coding and basic settings) but couldn’t find anything for 2nd 3rd row occupancy specifically. Problem is that long coding and parts of adaptations in ODBeleben is not labeled, not sure if it’s better labeled in VCDS.
This also seems like EU/ROW vs NAR difference as I believe EU cars come with this as default setting unlike NAR version like mine. Hoping some could share their scan or some screenshots.
