Audi s3 misinfiring 66 facelift

Hi my Audi s3 8v 66 plate is misfiring, I’ve changed coil packs and spark plugs, and the needle is dancing just above 1 on a cold start, I haven’t changed my fuel injectors or any camshaft sensors, just wondering what the problem could be.

I had a similar fault on mine with a rough idle. When I plugged VCDS and read the fault codes on the Engine Management it eventually came up with the following code:

14869 - Bank 1: Camshaft B (Exhaust)
P0014 00 [096] - ****** Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)

I proceeded to change both intak and exhaust cam shaft valve solenoids and the problem hasn’t shown since.
