S3 8p suspension

After I had serviced my rear magnetic ride shocks and had renewed bump stops not the top mount as well as they were in perfect condition, i hear a noise, after checking i saw this:

The bump stop are moved from its position which is in top mount.
Any suggestion??

Push it back up, add some super glue to the foam outer part that will then hold it in place, should be fine unless the foam inner hole diameter was tight against the shock rod/piston so to speak & thus has no free movement up & down which then dislodges.
