My S4 TDI has done 20,000 miles and is coming up to 3 years in November. I’ve always serviced at an Audi main dealer. They have not mentioned the need for or done such a service as yet but my 3 year service is coming up?

Does anyone know if/when it is due on this model. And what is the typical cost I should prepare for when it is due?

Its not a Haldex system, its permanent AWD. The gearbox is a ZF8HP65A torque converter automatic and its recommended to service it at 50,000 miles.

Thank you @The Jargen. A potential buyer had suggested reducing the asking price by £200 on the basis this was due. They were either misinformed or “trying it on”. I did not agree to this reduction.

Even on cars that have S-tronic, the first gearbox service isn't due until 38,000 miles.
