Dual zone, one vent no heat

Hi all, I have a odd one on my 2012 c7 dual zone ac.
The drivers side right hand vent blows only cool air or ac cool. It never blows warm air.
No other vent in the whole vehicle has this issue.
Further clarification is the drivers left and footwell blows warm air when requested.

many thoughts ?

There're a few electronic flaps within the airflow path which control where the airflow goes.

If you get the car scanned, it should identify which flap has stopped working.

Can be an expensive repair, as quite a lot of dash dismantling required to reach most of them.

I have already scanned with vcds and also ran basic outputs with no sign or issues.
I’m no fan of ripping mad amounts of things out but it does bug me just a little
