Write off?

For context someone (at fault) was at a stop sign, and didnt look turning left into the highway, and drove straight into the side of my passenger front.

Is this a write off? im so heartbroken.

100%. I’ve seen cars wrote off for less.
 
Depends how far the damage extends.
Your in the wrong forum though as that looks like an 8V chassis and so so the value is a lot more than an 8P
 
I would say definitely a write off.
saw an Audi written off for less recently. Part of it was parts were unavailable and on back order, 8 weeks for a wing and headlight, so factor that in with a courtesy car at £50-100 per day it was cheaper writing it off. Parts has been a bit of problem, tried to get brake pads and was told end of November from a few dealers.
 
To be fair that’s similar damage as I had on my FL S3, bill came in at £8k and insurance paid out. Hire car for over a month.

As said , depends on how much isn’t surface damage.
