Does anyone know if you could straight up swap the standard manual heated leather seats with the electric-operated heated ones on a Q5 FY 2017 Onwards?
It would be down to the connectors mostly but chances are you won't have the looms there for electric & you can't just use lumbar supply in most as it's not man enough to run full electric seats & you may have to get them coded to the car if they have modules underneath.

Thanks, I was about to pull the trigger on a pair as I thought it was plug-and-play. If it requires looms as you say might be too much to take on. The coding seems to be the easier part of it... Might have to survive with the manual ones (first-world problems).
