best non LED reverse bulbs…..brightest

I'm after a non LED reverse light bulb for my A3, I have an supposed non error one in at the moment and every other time I use the car I have an error that comes up then goes off, to be honest its ******* me off, so what the best and brightest non LED bulb anyone has come across.

Not tried fitting a resistor ?

LED reversing bulbs are superb .
