Clicking Noise

Hi everyone, i hear this clicking sound only when exist loads the road is grippy and i have to turn the steering wheel fully left then fully right and the clicking noise appears when i put the steering wheel from right to straight ahead.
I’ve already check the inner tie rod from steering rack and also i’ve check the droplinks, any opinion?
