Fan type washer jet upgrade.

Little upgrade on the B8 Avant, fan type washer jets off I believe an A6. They were approx £12 Inc VAT each from Audi direct. 5 minutes to fit and then 5 mins to adjust the jet height with a small torx bit. They definitely spray better than the 3 jet type. I'd describe these as a fan/5 jet type.

I expected them to be a full fan spray but they are kind of a mixture of fan spray and about 4 or 5 jets, definitely an improvement though.

I've had these on for a couple of years now. So much better then the originals and no signs of clogging so far

Just did this myself about a month ago. I found that the adjusters rounded off quite easily but just went up a size and pressed in harder. I much prefer the spray pattern now and it's particular good when there's a bit of frost on the windscreen as I've got neat screen wash in and it covers the whole windscreen fast (I turn auto headlights off though before spraying). I agree it's not a full fan but still an improvement.

Possibly, you'd have to compare yours to the ones pictured.

Has anyone fitted the fan spray type jets to their b8? I'm getting it hard to adjust the spray on my standard 3 nozzle ones and came across a video where a guy fitted ones off a newer a6. Just wondering if anyone else has done it?
