Having trouble with the parts database, could anyone confirm if s3 and tt knuckles are the same? Seems to be easier to find tt ones.

Cheers

Do you mean the wheel bearing housing, ball joint, or track rod end? www.lllparts.co.uk is a useful site to confirm part numbers. I believe the TT and S3 share the wheel bearing housing but there are different hubs depending on fwd/quattro and drive shafts (some have a nut, some have a bolt to fix the drive shaft to the hub).
TT steering - https://www.lllparts.co.uk/catalogs/audi/RDW/ATT/229/4/407/407011
S3 steering - https://www.lllparts.co.uk/catalogs/audi/RDW/A3/209/4/407/407005
Thanks mate, much appreciated. I'll try to decipher that today. £330 from audi Inverness. Its the housing for the hub and bearing , the strut goes into it too.

So S3 and TT share the same wheel bearing housing - 8N0407255E (left) 8N0407256E (right). Why do you need a replacement?

Mine was cracked mate. Got a replacement from autodoc, meant to be for s3, wasn't, only noticed recently, have tyre rub on inner arch, measured to confirm, new steering knuckle isn't the same as the nearside one.
