a6 facelift wireless charger retrofit

hi guys has anyone retrofitted the wireless phone charger under the armrest on a6 facelift, I thought I had one fitted but turns out its just the signal booster as I have double glazed windows!
wondering if its plug and play, I see the options for it on the tech pack menu

I fitted one to my A4 when I had it. It was the slowest charger I ever used and it must have been designed around a Iphone 5 because anything bigger than that didn't fit.
