Wtf would have made the back of the driver and passenger seats look like they've fallen apart?
 
Thats what I was thinking, dunno if the rear airbags explode if no one is seating but that seat is not looking so great.

How much would it be worth if not damaged? £60k? Salvaged cars if on the register should be 2/3 of normal price so straight away £40k so it seems you'd need to sort the damage for £3k to not be too out of pocket.
