A3 8P can't reach downpipe bolt

The circled area is out of reach with normal 16mm spanner
The photo was taken from below.
Looking from the engine room side,
I can't even see the bolts.

Should be reachable from the engine bay with engine cover, intake and maybe the heat shield above turbo removed.
You may need ratchet with extension to undo it

Even if the intake air is separated from the engine room, the bolts are not visible because they are covered with iron plates.
This is a picture taken with a camera after removing the intake air from the engine room.
You can never see it with your eyes, and even if you use a camera, you can't see the bolt to the point where it's hard to shoot properly.

See that silver plate you speak about ? May have to remove that (nuts are from belo) to "see" the dp bolt/nut, but if you put your hands there you should be able to feel it. Normal spanner may not fit, so you'll need ratchet with extension

I couldn't find the bolts for the silver iron plate. It seems to be welded.
Please tell me how to remove this iron plate, the location of the bolt or how to remove this iron plate with a spanner of a few mm or other tools.
