Headunit Upgrade

As much as I love my Audi the dated screen and music side of things really annoy me, I believe I have the non mmi version with concert, AMi in the glovebox and B&O sound system, if I'm right the only thing available to me is the Chinese android screens on the likes of aliexpress but it seems to be a hit or miss weather they will work or not.

Has anyone experience of a seller or model worth looking at.

I have heard and seen some things about RSNav but not sure how good they are and if people rate them

I looked on their site but couldn't see an option with no mmi, mainly seems to be low or high mmi.
