AFN timing marks on flywheel

Hi guys , what should the mark on the flywheel line up with for the crank to be at TDC?

In the photo you can see the mark on the flywheel lined up with the inner part of the hole. Is this TDC? I have searched high and low on the internet and cannot find any info that suits the A4 B5 setup

Any help much appreciated
