Cannot open a new parts ticket

I have not visited the forum for quite a long time so I am not sure if something has changed. I can see the parts request link near the top of the page but when I follow that link I cannot find any option to open a new ticket. I am logged in of course.

Same here - though I don't think it matters as I'm waiting nearly a month for a reply from whatever dealer is linked to it now ....

Well I was only asking for a quote because the dealer wanted £143 to supply and fit 4x spark plugs! I'll just get them from the same dealer's parts department for around £60 and fit them myself. They're used to be quite good discounts from asking on here.
