s3 8p Cluster not working

Hey Everyone
i have a 09 fl s3 8p and i'm in progress of turning it into a track car, i have been stripping the car and removing all uanessacry plugs speakers, a/c, lights etc. i have now removed nearly everything and i think i may have removed something i shouldn't have as the cluster does not show anything in the middle cad section. it has power as the date and odometer light up once i push the dials.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Mate
i had the canbus module unplugged, plugged it straight in and all is good now.
