Missing panel

Hi All,
Decided to fit some mudflaps today ( genuine Audi) ones, whilst fitting on the near side rear ones noticed a plastic panel missing from underneath, are all 2023 saloons missing this panel for some reason or is it just mine, is it something to do with the exhaust of did they run out of parts and just dispatched it anyway, just thou I would ask rather than make myself look stupid at the dealers on Monday. please see photos of near and offside attached. Thanks in advance.

You may be right, I have just been to the supplying dealers and they had a few used A3 saloons for sale, seems like another cost cutting move as 22 plate had it fitted as did the diesel models but a 23 plate petrol also had it missing.
