Phev trick for long distance cross country

I just found out last week that if you select drive and then sport on the gear lever, then select battery hold or battery charge (in that sequence) that the car doesn't switch by default into auto hybrid mode.

Useful if you are doing a long cross country drive and want to retain some battery charge while still having full power available from the engine and battery during the journey.
