One of he levers on my passenger seat has snapped off, I recall trying to get a replacement a few years ago for a previous S3 and they where NLS.

Is anyone aware of a 3D printer file for them?

Thanks

Definitely I have found that printed 3D items are not great generally.

Depends on the material used and the orientation of the print...

Normal PLA is not the toughest material and possibly not the best for automotive parts... Nylon or ABS are better materials but generally need a higher end printer to print with (higher hot end temps and enclosures etc)...

For strength think of printed parts like the grain in wood... for example if you print a tube upright then it is very weak across its length as the layers are essentially radial... print it flat/lengthways on the bed then it will be much stronger...

I am forever messing about in the slicer to get a part cut and placed where it will print with the minimum amount of post clean up and optimal strength...

Both these models were cut additionally in half mostly to minimise support material and maximise strength... little bit more faffing to glue together but less clean up and better retention of detail
