Recommendation, or can anyone fit a set of springs for me?

Hey All - Can anyone recommend a reasonably price garage/mechanic in London to replace the coil springs on my A1. It's a 1.4 TFSI S-Line, and I'm looking to swap out the existing springs for a set of H&R Sports (I would supply the springs) The quotes I've been receiving are ridiculous... 4 to 5 hours labour, and anything between £400 to £800! Labour only, and often Plus VAT!

I would even consider paying a knowledgeable member if anyone was willing?

It is 4-5 hour labour for sure as 4 corners & minimum £400 is a fair price tbh.
