Coolant in Passenger Footwell

I’m back with more issues lol!

So, the long and short of it is:

- coolant in passenger footwell
- middle 2 blowers not working. Scanned with carista and came up with code 328964. Had a google and most results are in Russian or something.
- coolant level dropping rapdily
- steaming up windscreen
- no heat coming into car

I’m 99.999% sure it’s the heater matrix (that sure I’ve already bought one haha) but just want a second opinion on it please

I wouldn’t mind half as much if it wasn’t consistently -3 up in’t north!

That code is:
328964 - Motor for Front Air Distribution Flap

But that I think is just another failure in the system, not linked to coolant leak.
I think You are thinking correctly that's heater matrix.

It came up with that so wasn’t sure if they were linked at all because as soon as the blowers stopped working, I noticed the dreaded puddle.
