I have a 2007 A5 3.0 TDI CAPA with a Full CP3 pump kit, 4 bar sensor, Large MAF, Rail sensors & hybrid turbo. I've been having an intermittent problem where the glow plug light comes on and I go in to limp mode. It happens randomly when driving and I can never get it to produce the code after I've cleared it, and usually does it a few weeks later. I've changed the fuel filter recently & also a CP3 fuel pump (the code was been produced before the new CP3 pump & filter). Any suggestions where I should look next? I have done some logging in VCDS to try and help but I'm no mechanic lol. I've also read that it could be the in tank pump, Rail pressure sensor and regulator or Fuel pump relay however I don't want to be buying random parts that may not fix the issue.
