Selling my Audi R8 Gen 1 V8 Manual in Ibis White.
I acquired this car in March last year as a weekend toy but my circumstances have drastically changed in the last few months, regrettably forcing me to sell the car.
I have probably put only 400miles on the car since my ownership, with just over 71k total millage.
Regrettably the car has been sat on my drive way due to drastic change in my financials and as a result, the car is currently not running. I had the car inspected and reportedly the starter motor has gone and the battery (because I was unable to keep it on trickle charge) has gone flat. So the car is sold as a non-runner. Apart from this, the car is in great condition. Alloys are mint, no damage to the leather seats and all works as it should, when it had a working starter motor and battery that is.
During my 400 miles of ownership, the car performed flawlessly. Can't beat a mind-engine gaited manual V8!
I was hoping to be able to get it back on the road myself but my circumstances just can't manage it. It's such a shame for it to just sit on my driveway, so I want it to go to someone who can get it back on the road and enjoy it.
The car has had a V10 rear end modification, which involved the V10 exhaust and a wrapped rear end. Think it looks so much better than the V8 rear end, more aggressive. I have also had fitted Maxton front and side skirts.
The car had 4 new tyres, new brake pads and discs fitted when I got it and as you can imagine, with only 400 miles, they have lots of life left on them.
Car comes with V5, some service history and one key.
Be great to see it back on the road.
The cheapest R8 V8 manual on Autotrader is currently £28k, so come grab a bargain of a motor!
