Touch screen for S3 8V

Hi all,

Is there a conversion anywhere to convert, upgrade or replace the screen in the 8v to a touch screen (it's just for Waze on Android Auto) without using one of those cheap Chinese android units?

I've had a couple of those in the past, and for the most part, they are pretty crap.

It would be near impossible to do officially, i.e. to convert to the MIB3 touch screens that say the Audi 8Y uses.
