Is this a stone chip in my wheels?

it doesn’t come off with fallout remover. Why are my wheels getting so damaged after only 6 months? Is this just what happens? I’m also getting what I think is white worm on the diamond cut parts that look like scuffs but are smooth to the touch.
pretty bad to be getting this after 6 months

You've had lots of concerns, but has any of those been defect by the factory in the end?

I've got this saying, what's common to all the cars? All of them are crap.

Not defects so far, just what looks like white worm already on the wheels after only 3 months. That’s not defects though is it? Just life with diamond cut?
