I’ve got a 2004 A4 1.8T Q (BEX) with a turbo currently on its way out. I have a long term goal of upgrading the turbo along with the usual re-map/fmic/injectors etc and I’d like to achieve around 250HP.
Is there any turbo kits out there that anyone could recommend? Also would the 250hp be achievable with a hybrid setup instead?
I did find a kit from Mamba but I’ve never heard of them before. Any info on them would be appreciated.

Also, looking for a standard replacement Ko3s to tide me over in the mean time. Anybody know anywhere I could buy a second hand unit?
All help would be appreciated. It’s been years since I’ve had a 1.8t and I seem to remember there used to be more options from companies manufacturing upgraded hardware.
