Q7 Q7 vents stop working when AC is on

Hi,
We have an issue with our Q7 front vents closing when AC is on and temp set to cooler than outside temp.
When setting temperature to near outside temperature the vents open again a bit.
When engine is off vents open again with AC on.
Engine on vents close again.
When turning AC off the vents fully open and blowers go like the clappers.
When pressing recirculating button it seems to shut the vents.

I can demist window with max window demist function and AC works.

Back AC works fine.

Any idea?

Fault says recirculation flap motor and no basic setting.
I can’t seem to be able to reset.
