Gearbox oil change?

Hi all just a quick one, has anyone done a gearbox oil change themselves?
Thinking of doing this but how hard is it as I’m going to attempt my wife’s Mini as that doesn’t look too bad so thought I’d do mine at the same time.
Also any recommendations of gearbox oil to use Opie oils only comes up with Febi Bilstien oil

Its one of those awkward ones, not difficult though.
Ring Opie oils and tell them what model it is an they will supply you the best one and its not what you might think.
Dont just choose what comes up online, opie oils know exactly which one you need and its a sensible price too.

manual transmition: any GL-4 rated transmition oil will do
automatic oil: only G052180A and G052516A will do ( both have to be noted in the specifications)

Ok great it’s a manual Quattro and I take it it take about 3.5 L of oil
