Creaking noise

I thought i'd also ask,

when driving over uneven roads, or a savage speed bump, i get a creaking noise. It comes mostly from the rear i think, but it might also be partially coming from the front somewhere, I don't know where to start to b honet with this?

My a3's standard, no uprated suspension setup/ARB's btw.

I think this is a common problem, and something to do with the ARB's..,,

Dont hold me to this, as im a newbie, and learning all the time...

Yeah sounds like the ARB's. Think it caused by the bar twisting inside the rubber due to wear. Mine does it but still passed an MOT so cant be that worn. Just annoying!
