Venom or Jamex suspension kits

Any body had much experience with these kits or got any tales to tell ?

I have being reading bouncer_daz's post, but i was lookin to spend less lol, or is it realli worth waiting and spending 300quid+, i only have a 1.6 and jus want it a little lower and handle a litle better.

From my exerience with lots of dffferent makes and models of car, when it comes to suspension you get what you pay for...

I had the jamex ones on my ibiza, not bad for the money. Sharpened up the handling and got the look i wanted. If you go on club polo forum, theres a bloke whos sells them cheeper than every one else, hes got a section called Jackson racing, caters for all VAG. there advertisec as another make, but exactly the same coillies.
