2004 3.0 V6 Cabriolet Parts

trying to source some parts for my car. I am new to Audi's having been an Fiat/Alfa man for the past 5 yrs.

Question: Will parts from a 2007 A4 2.0 TDI Cabriolet fit my car (2004 3.0 v6 Cabriolet Auto)

Parts I am reffering to are: Suspension system, drive shaft, steering rack front wing and door.

Sorry if my question seems a bit ignorant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Door will be fine. Front wing wont fit.

Wings wont because lights at thefront on b7 are different shape
