One of the mileages is in km and the other is in miles. Well that's what I think anyway. I might be wrong.

86,677 miles is 139802km so there could be something dodgy, but judging by the spelling I wouldn't be suprised if he got the maths wrong as well

Looks bit odd. That would be enough to put me off. Never buy a car if you cant fully trust the advert or the seller.
