The EPC, Traction Control and ABS light on at the same time while driving again. To extinguish the lights I started the engine the next day and all lights out. Loss of power was instant like running at limp mode. Any one out there with the answer. Has a Milltek exhaust fitted. Could this be the problem. (S4 facelift, has not been chipped).

You really need to get a diagnostic scan done. The car is full of sensors and will tell you more than likely whats wrong.
